Fallingwater is a world-famous residence in the Laurel Highlands of Pennsylvania designed in the 1930s by world-famous architect Frank Lloyd Wright. It was once a private residence, and is now a National Landmark managed by the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy, hosting visitors from all over the world.
We will spend the morning (and part of the afternoon) riding through Virginia, West Virginia and Maryland, mainly on “single file” roads, stopping for lunch, and finally crossing into the Laurel Highlands region of western Pennsylvania – about 180 miles total.
At Fallingwater, we will be able to take a guided tour of the residence (see price below) and tour the grounds. After the tour, we will stay overnight in the area, with a group supper, and leave the following morning to visit the Flight 93 Memorial in Shanksville, Pennsylvania, and finally return home.
Guided Architectural Tour of Fallingwater House$35.00 per person (Other tours available for higher or lower price)
