You will be required to wear a mask. If you do not have one, we will provide one for you.

  **IMPORTANT**

Please complete the Quick Pass questionnaire On The Day of Your Donation before arriving to your appointment. If you are a "walk-in" donor you will be able to do the Quick Pass questionaire there.

To adhere to FDA guidance, Quick Pass MUST be completed on the day of your donation.

Once completed, you can either click PRINT QUICK PASS OR EMAIL QUICK PASS.

You MUST bring your unique  Quick Pass QR Code with you to check in.

·         There is no way to go back into the system to retrieve the code.   If you cannot access it via mobile device or printed copy, you will have to complete the questionnaire again.

•Photo ID is required.

•Generally, it takes about one hour to donate.  You may reserve a specific time slot by calling INOVA @ 703-208-6013.
•Donors must be at least 17 years old, 110 pounds and in overall good health.
•Many medications are acceptable.  If you have any eligibility questions, call Donor Services @ 571-434-3628.
•Be sure to drink plenty of liquids before donating; take a little extra time after donating to ensure you are steady on your feet and “wheels.”
•Special treats and drinks will get you back on the road after your donation.
